Returns and Exchanges Policy – 

Due to the custom nature of our pieces, which include fit samples and alterations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. 

Our Commitment to You:

• Sample service (toile fittings) for all waist-cinching and bridal pieces
• Open communication throughout the creation process
• Expert guidance from our team ♡

While we cannot accept returns due to the bespoke nature of our work, we absolutely stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive a piece that:

• Arrives damaged due to shipping
• Has manufacturing defects
• Significantly differs from your approved design
• Does not meet the quality standards you've paid for

Please contact us immediately at hello@immorallondon.com with photographs. We will work with you to resolve any genuine quality issues, which may include repairs, reconstruction, or in exceptional circumstances, a refund.
