Every Immoral London piece is lovingly handcrafted in our Kent studio, just for you, once your order is placed. We kindly ask that you check the production times below (or on each product page) so you're aware of our creation timeline before placing your order. Below you'll find all of our postage and shipping information.
Worldwide Shipping
We're delighted to offer free worldwide shipping on all of our handcrafted pieces, ensuring your Immoral London creation reaches you safely, no matter where your story unfolds.
Delivery Timeframes
Currently, our pieces take 4–8 weeks to be constructed and shipped, or up to 16 weeks for bridal pieces with the sample service. Shipping times vary from 1–7 days depending on your location, not including any unexpected shipping delays.
Express Service
If you'd like to order a piece for a specific event sooner than our 4-week timeframe, please feel free to message us to see if we can accommodate this. Additional fees may apply based on timeline and availability.
Postage & Shipping Service
UK Orders: Dispatched via Royal Mail with tracking and signature confirmation
International Orders: Sent via reliable international carriers with full tracking and signature confirmation
Order Updates:
- You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- A dispatch notification with tracking information will follow once your piece begins its journey to you
- Track your package using the provided tracking number
Customs Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped from Kent, UK. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or additional fees upon delivery. This varies from country to country and is controlled by your local government, so please keep this in mind when placing an order for international delivery.
Immoral London is not responsible or liable for any added customs duties or taxes that may occur upon delivery of your order. These extra fees are not included in the cost of your order and must be paid by the customer.

Packaging & Gift Wrapping
Each piece is thoughtfully wrapped in tissue paper, carefully placed in a cardboard box, and protected in a degradable weatherproof bag for safe transit.
If your order is a gift, we're happy to add a special touch by tying the parcel with ribbon and including a handwritten note with your chosen message.
